History
Since its founding in 1973, Home & Marine (H&M) has been a trailblazer in integrating advanced audiovisual systems onboard yachts. One of their early successes was the iconic MY “The One,” among the first generation of superyachts in the 1970s, outfitted with tube-driven TVs and radios—an innovation ahead of its time.
Over the years, the company attracted a team of visionary engineers and technicians passionate about merging technology with the art of yacht building. This dedication propelled Home & Marine to become a leading systems integrator, delivering cutting-edge solutions for some of the world’s most prestigious superyachts.
In 2019, Home & Marine partnered with Clark, a renowned US-based entertainment systems integrator specializing in the cruise market.
Today, with a strong presence in both the yacht and cruise sectors, Home & Marine and its sister company Clark continue to build on a rich legacy of innovation, always driven by an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
Locations
Home & Marine operates out of three locations in Northern Germany.
The main office is located in Bremen, close to all major shipyards.
The Hamburg office was establised in 2015 and is an engineering and project management hub. It is located within a 10min range from the largest Hamburg shipyards.
Concealed in the flatlands of East Frisia, HMC maintains a purpose-built, state-of-the-art fabrication and testing facility.
